Terms & Conditions

Commercial terms draft for owner and UAE legal review. Registration and payments are not open. This is not a finalized purchase agreement.

1. Service and eligibility

The Golden Key AIO Global is a TradingView indicator displaying proposed entries, stop-loss levels and staged targets. The initial pilot is intended for UAE residents aged 18 or older who already trade Gold and use TradingView. Access is subject to manual approval, compatibility and pilot capacity. Visiting this website or preparing a request does not grant access or create a paid subscription.

2. Seven-day trial and weekly price

The proposed trial lasts seven consecutive days from access activation and installation confirmation. The exact expiry is confirmed in UAE time. One trial per person and TradingView account. After the trial, access costs USD 75 for each purchased seven-day period. Four weeks cost USD 300; four weeks are not a calendar month. TradingView subscriptions, data feeds and broker charges are separate.

There is no automatic charge after the trial or automatic paid renewal. Payment, renewal and access are checked manually. The seller must disclose any applicable tax, payment charges, final total and approved payment route before payment. Do not pay until these details and the seller identity are supplied.

3. Cancellation, expiry and refunds

You can decline renewal without a future charge. Trial and paid access end at the confirmed expiry; removal is managed manually. Ask the verified support contact supplied during onboarding to cancel or raise an access problem.

Proposed refund approach, subject to final review: if paid access cannot be delivered and the problem remains unresolved for 24 hours after reporting, provide restoration with lost time credited or a refund for the undelivered period. Other requests are reviewed individually. Trading losses are not evidence of a product-access failure. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Trading decisions and product limits

You place and manage every trade. The service does not hold funds, request broker credentials or execute orders. Support explains installation and displayed fields; it does not provide personalized investment advice. Neither accuracy nor profitability is guaranteed. Signals can fail; levels and alerts may be delayed or differ between feeds. Exact entry triggers, alert behavior, historical signal changes and stop-management rules require confirmation during onboarding.

Historical illustrations and target-hit statistics do not establish realized net profitability. Spreads, fees, financing, slippage, position sizing and partial exits affect outcomes. A stop level does not guarantee a fill at that price. Paper testing is encouraged before risking capital. You remain responsible for your trading decisions, subject to any rights that applicable law preserves.

5. Permitted use and availability

Approved access is for your own TradingView account. Do not share credentials, resell access, redistribute restricted scripts or misrepresent illustrative results as verified returns. TradingView and broker services have their own terms. Third-party availability and market-data interruptions can affect the experience. Report outages through your confirmed support channel; service issues and paid periods should be resolved under the agreed access and refund terms.

6. Privacy and communications

Read the Privacy Policy for the current website behavior and planned pilot data handling. Optional marketing permission is separate from access and support communications. Do not send passwords, card details or identity documents through the preview form.

7. Seller details, complaints and changes

The contracting business name, licence authority and number, business address, and support/privacy contact are awaiting confirmation. Registration and payments remain closed. These details, final support arrangements, applicable legal jurisdiction and any required Arabic disclosures must be supplied before commercial launch.

Raise service complaints with the identified seller when the pilot opens. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain available. Any finalized contract must identify the relevant complaint route and dispute process. Material changes to paid terms must be disclosed before a new purchase; posting an update does not authorize a charge.
